Instantly, Pusha T has become the most-discussed name in the hip hop world, following the release of his new single, “Exodus 23:1.” The single samples The Notorious B.I.G.’s popular track, “What’s Beef?,” taken from his Life After Death album. For nearly a year, Pusha T has been accused of taking shots at the Young Money standout, Drake.

Both Pusha T and Drake have denied having issues with each other. Pusha T’s brother, No Malice, even said he was a fan of Drake and told Pusha T to leave him alone. This did not stop the media, however, from believing the song was about Drake. Apparently, Lil Wayne thought the same thing, as he called Pusha T out directly on Twitter.

Since Lil Wayne’s tweet, G.O.O.D. Music has stepped up for Pusha T, namely Kid Cudi. MTV News recently spoke with Pusha T and he spoke on working with The-Dream. Pusha T also discussed the conception of his new single, “Exodus 23:1.”
