In the early hours of Tuesday morning, devastating news surfaced out of Houston, that Takeoff was shot and killed. This is said to have occurred at 2:30AM, outside of 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston. Quavo and Takeoff were initially said to have been playing dice, when gun shots soon fired, after an altercation. As a result, Takeoff was shot near his head, and died at the scene.

According to TMZ, new developments are being revealed, as to what may have caused this shooting. Quavo was reportedly arguing with a group of men, and Takeoff was reportedly supporting him, in that moment. There appeared to be some argument about basketball, as Quavo said “I don’t get down like that.”

Soon, shots were fired, as everyone in that area scattered. Quavo wasn’t shot, as initially suspected. That’s when footage and photos soon went viral, of Takeoff on the floor, in his final moments.

Two guns are said to have been fired, with 10 shots being released, in total. A 23-year-old male and a 24-year-old female were shot as well, and were treated at a local hospital.

Takeoff is said to have been quiet for most of this night, by alleged people in attendance, at that bowling alley. He didn’t appear to be targeted, but just caught in the crossfire.

Last month, Quavo and Takeoff also released their “Only Built For Infinity Links” album, together. That went on to debut at number two in the US, and was released in the midst of Migos breakup speculation.
