Raekwon talks “F.I.L.A.” album, battle rap, and more with Illboyz [VIDEO]

At the end of 2012, Raekwon revealed he had a new album in the works and that he would not be continuing the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx series. Instead, Raekwon decided to do an album called F.I.L.A. (Fly International Luxurious Art), which is coming up. While fans have waited for this album, they have gotten good holdover music.

Raekwon continues to work on the album and he has dropped new music every Thursday over the past couple of months. Along with his solo work, Raekwon managed to come to terms with RZA and now A Better Tomorrow is on the way. In short, Raekwon is going to be on a ton of new music, coming up.

While he was on the road, Raekwon gave some time to Illboyz, because they had a few quetions for The Chef. It’s been a while and Raekwon has still yet to drop F.I.L.A., so he explained this. He also discussed battle rap and much more during his conversation with the crew from Germany.
