With times as turbulent as they are, ownership, outside of music, is what people are pushing for the black community. That, and treating black lives as if they matter in their own culture. Needless to say, there is room for improvement.
Earlier this year, Jay-Z delivered his 4:44 album and he stepped on the toes of a lot of current rappers. Tons of these new generation rappers “do it for the ‘Gram.” Jay-Z simply said ownership was more important and many rappers took his commentary differently.
Ralo also spoke out, in response to Jay-Z’s line, and said he only shows his money off to motivate others. Now, Ralo is back at it, again, taking shots at Google. Responding to them having his net worth listed at $500,000, he sought to prove he really is a millionaire, showing off his cash, cars, and buildings he claims to own.
