Ralo was granted $250,000 bond last week and was supposedly set to be a free man on July 10. He hasn’t been freed yet and today on Instagram, the Atlanta rapper clarified things. He explained today on Instagram that there is a 30-day review on his bond due to things he has to gather. Fans can now expect him to be home at the end of August.
Ralo also added that what hurts the most in this delay is that he won’t be able to attend Lil Marlo’s funeral, who was shot and killed in his hometown of Atlanta over the weekend. Ralo has been in prison since April of 2018 after he was found with 444 pounds of marijuana on a G5 private jet which totaled up to $1 million.
Conditions of Ralo’s release include living at a “designated rental property“ and would have to be there on 24-hour lockdown. He would only be able to leave this residence for necessities such as medical reasons, court appearances, or other things approved by the court. Ralo would have to submit to location monitoring directed by Pretrial Services and also agree to all program requirements and instructions.
Ralo released the deluxe edition to his ‘Free Ralo‘ project at the end of June as well. This contained seven addition tracks with features from YFN Lucci, Trouble, and Derez De’Shon. The original mixtape was released last summer. Check out Ralo’s IG post from today addressing his bond below.
