Ralph Pittman files for divorce from RHOA’s Drew Sidora

Ralph Pittman has been a central figure on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” since Drew Sidora joined the show. Pittman is not the biological father of their oldest child. Despite this, Ralph and the boy share a very strong father/son bond. To showcase his love for his son, Pittman has gone as far as writing a book about his relationship with his child. A couple of years ago, Drew wanted Ralph to officially adopt the child. Now, he has filed for divorce.

Ralph Pittman’s decision to divorce Drew Sidora does come as a shock. However, it’s not the most shocking thing to happen to someone associated with RHOA, this week. Last night, there were reports of Peter Thomas getting into an altercation at his Baltimore bar. According to reports, the woman Thomas got into it with is Tammy Rivera’s niece. Tammy Rivera, herself, is a reality star in Atlanta, being on both “Love & Hip Hop” and “Growing Up Hip Hop’s” Atlanta spinoffs.

Ralph Pittman and Drew Sidora have shared very intimate details about their marriage on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Recently, Drew discovered Ralph sharing “suspicious texts” between himself and his assistant. This lends credence to some fans who believed Ralph and Drew’s marriage was not always happy. Now, after nearly nine years of marriage, PEOPLE is confirming Ralph actually filed to divorce Drew Sidora. Meanwhile, Drew asked Ralph to respect their relationship.
