Ransom talks “The Proposal” and Nicki Minaj with “Sway in the Morning” [VIDEO]

One of Nicki Minaj’s wildest moments of this past summer came when she flipped out in front of the TMZ cameras after hearing what Ransom said about her. What happened next was a back-and-forth between the two rappers. Ransom insisted it wasn’t a beef, but he and Nicki Minaj got heated.

The controversy ended up being a good thing because it made people do their research on Ransom. While he might not be the star Nicki Minaj is, Ransom is a legend on the streets and he has a strong discography. Ransom added to it last month with the release of The Proposal with Statik Selektah.

In promotion of the new album, Ransom has done several interviews where he discusses the new project. For The Proposal, Ransom returned to Shade 45 to link up with Sway Calloway for “Sway in the Morning.” They spoke on the album, but they also spoke on Nicki Minaj.
