Gonzoe, who was friends with 2Pac and Ice Cube back in the day, recently lost his life to gun violence, in Seattle. According to TMZ, the 45-year-old LA native was shot three times in the chest, near a gas station in the area, according to TMZ.
As of now, there is a police investigation, and no suspects have been apprehended. The shooter is currently still on the run as well. It’s been reported that Gonzoe was at the wheel of his car, as it was soon riddled with bullets.
After being shot, Gonzoe ran to a nearby Shell gas station, and soon collapsed. He was soon transported to a local hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
Gonzoe was a member of 2Pac’s Outlawz group, as well as Ice Cube’s Kausion. This group was signed to Ice Cube’s Lench Mob Records, in 1995.
Gonzoe even started a boxing league, with Boskoe100. The two had been feuding before, but put their differences aside. They even stepped into the ring together in April, which resulted in a draw.
