Among the rappers who have built cult followings, there is Sad Frosty. The impact he was having on the game is nothing compared to the impact that he was going to have. In 2021, he was one of the biggest viral rappers out, and on the verge of breaking through.

Sad Frosty is best-known for his singles, “Ice Cream,” and “Beavis & Butthead,” with DC The Don. The latter of those singles wound up with 1.4 million views on YouTube. But, since 2018, Sad Frosty has been making moves towards taking over the game.

Early in 2019, Sad Frosty inserted himself into the R. Kelly documentary series, “Surviving R. Kelly.” Known for his different sense of humor, he had people participating in a poll, him vs. R. Kelly. But, not only was he always networking on social media, he was always working on music. When he dropped, Sad Frosty ended up always going viral, and fans were expecting more from him.

On Instagram, Sad Frosty’s profile was updated, announcing his death. Immediately, fans began sending in their condolences. The young rapper was only 24 years old and there is no reported cause of death, at press time. Prayers go out to the loved ones of Sad Frosty.
