Ray J is one of the most interesting figures in the industry. While Ray J’s official profession is a singer, he also raps and sings. Actually, Ray J rose to fame doing acting roles on teenage sitcoms. During the later years of “Moesha,” Ray J played alongside his sister, Brandy.

Ray J actually launched his single, “Wait A Minute,” via “Moesha.” During the “Moesha” series finale, Lil’ Kim made a guest appearance on the show. As everyone knows, Ray J featured Lil’ Kim on “Wait A Minute.” In the summer of 2001, Ray J released “Wait A Minute” to much success.
