Ray J prepares “I Hit it First” single

Kim Kardashian first gained fame from her “home movie” with then-boyfriend, Ray J, and it helped place both in the spotlight. At the time, Ray J was relaunching his R&B career and Kim Kardashian used her role in the film to launch her E! franchise. But, by the time the world caught on to Kim Kardashian, she was with Reggie Bush.

There have always been rumors of Ray J having issues with Kim Kardashian and her men. In one interview, Ray J jokingly commented “sloppy seconds” when asked about his take on Reggie Bush being with Kim. Ray J immediately diffused the comments, but also released “Boyfriend,” which was aimed at Bobby Brown over Whitney Houston.

Last year, Kanye West referenced Kim Kardashian’s sextape with Ray J on “Clique.” As a singer, Ray J is known for taking his jabs. Now, he has an upcoming single, “I Hit it First,” which features a blurred Kim Kardashian as the cover of the single. There is no set date for this single, but it is likely a diss at KimYe.
