Ray J Reportedly Hospitalized With Pneumonia, in Miami; Hoping to Leave By End of The Week
Ray J is currently experiencing some very concerning health problems, as he’s been hospitalized with pneumonia, according to TMZ. The R&B star is in a local Miami hospital, as Ray’s manager, David Weintraub, says he was admitted there four days ago.
Ray told the outlet that doctors initially assumed that he was battling COVID-19. That resulted in him being placed in that section of the hospital. That immediately caused Ray to become nervous, and soon started praying.
“I thought it was over. I started praying and knew God is good so I just kept praying.”
Ray ended up taking five COVID tests though, which all came back negative. So, after two days, he was removed from the COVID wing of the hospital. At this point, he continues to receive oxygen, due to trouble with breathing and speaking. At point point, he feels like he’s okay enough to go home, but then, his health changes quickly, after that.
Weintraub went on to say that he hopes Ray can leave the hospital by the end of the week. Prayers go out to him on a quick recovery.
