Ray J spoke with Entertainment Tonight about his decision to file for divorce from Princess Love. Clearly, this was not an easy decision for Ray J, as he got choked up while talking about it. But, Ray J says he filed for divorce in hopes that it would be best for Princess and his kids, who he hopes enjoy life and smile more, and he wants that for Princess even if someone else is her spouse.With so many projects coming out, executive produced by Ray J and Princess Love, it looked like this couple was finally happy. The two’s entire love story was showcased on “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.” Even when they were getting married, the two were always fighting.

Finally, it looked like things came to a head, when Princess Love filed for divorce. This was after the whole Las Vegas incident, but Ray J worked to get his family back. While all appeared well, Ray J shocked the world by filing for divorce.

Ray J broke his silence on the news, when he spoke to Entertainment Tonight. Definitely somber, Ray J said that he filed for divorce, hoping this would help Princess Love, and their kids, enjoy life and smile more. Getting choked up, in the process, saying that even if someone else is the better spouse for Princess, he hopes it happens.
