Currently, Remy Boy Monty is on top of the world, as “679” is everywhere. The track is from Fetty Wap and he used it to introduce his squad to the game. Already, Remy Boy Monty was a force behind the scenes and he continues putting out music on his own.
Most recently, Remy Boy Monty released his MontyZoo mixtape following months of promotion. This year has seen Remy Boy Monty exceed any limitations people had for him. Where most people would have expected him to just live in Fetty Wap’s shadow, he is on his own.
Remy Boy Monty paid a visit to Hot 97, talking to Ebro, Peter Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez. During the interview, Remy Boy Monty spoke on his own history in the game, which predates Fetty Wap’s. He also discussed “679” and explained the meaning of that.
