Best-known for being a part of Black Star, Talib Kweli went solo, in 2002, and scored a big hit. Released in late 2002, Talib Kweli experienced success with “Just To Get By,” which became a hit in 2003. Early that summer, Talib Kweli rose to the top of the game.

During that span of time, Talib Kweli was working with Res, an alternative singer from Philadelphia. Her time working with Talib Kweli is something many may have forgotten about. This afternoon, Res has called Talib Kweli out.

Res is now threatening to sue Talib Kweli and letting it be known that she will expose him. She started by asking Talib Kweli what happened with her album, accusing him of doing the same thing he often accuses the labels of doing. Among other things, she threatened to sue him, and accused him of making a pass at her.
