The rise to the top can get a bit crowded, sometimes, because there are a lot of people who share the same dreams. In today’s generation, everybody wants to be a rapper, which is easier said than done. A lot of people can become a rapper, few people can become a successful rapper.
Rich Homie Quan enjoyed breakout success off his “Type of Way” single, which was taken from his Still Goin In (Reloaded) mixtape. The mixtape dropped early in the year, but the song became hot during the summer. Once the song gained radio play, most fans compared it to Future’s music and soon there were rumors of beef.
Sway Calloway already had Rich Homie Quan for “Sway In The Morning” on Shade 45, so he also had him on MTV’s “RapFix Live.” They continued their conversation from their previous interview about Future. Once again, Rich Homie Quan denied that he ever dissed Future.
