Rich The Kid Says He’s Signed to a New Label and Has New Mixtape on The Way After Being Held Back On Music Releases

For months now, Rich The Kid has taken to social media to voice his displeasure in not being able to release any music due to Interscope Records not allowing him to. It now appears that Rich is finally off the label as he took to social media to announce that he’s elsewhere now.

Rich started off by saying that he’s dealt with six months of headaches and added that he’s sorry for not being able to release music as consistently as he wants. He sent a message to the rap game that he’s officially back and a new mixtape will be released in the next month. From there, Rich said he’s with a new label and this is the start of new beginnings.

Rich’s last project was his “Rich Forever 4” mixtape featuring his entire Rich Forever label in August. He also put out his second studio album, “The World Is Yours 2” in March. It was headlined by the singles “Splashin,” “4 Phones,” “Tic Toc” featuring Tory Lanez, and “Save That.”

Despite Rich’s music being held back, he was still pretty consistent this year when it comes to music releases. It’s good to see that he’s in a better place now though. We see a lot of these major record labels have too much power over artists at times and hold back the future of their careers.
