It’s funny how Richard Jefferson said he was retiring after the Cavs shocked the Warriors and won Game 7. After being in the Finals twice and losing in the playoffs, Richard Jefferson finally got a ring. The focus has changed for the Cavs from winning a title to repeating.
With Golden State, the Warriors feel like they gave the championship away, last season. Even this season, they have “struggled,” as they are not on pace to win 73 games this season. Matter of fact, Jefferson saw to that.
At the end of the game, Richard Jefferson dunked on Kevin Durant and this drove Twitter wild. Despite winning last season’s title, the Cavs are still the underdog against the Golden State Warriors. But, they won and Richard Jefferson even had a fan change his Wikipedia to include a sentence of him murdering Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant.
