Rick Ross Adds Nine More Platinum and Gold RIAA Certifications

Rick Ross has been one of the most dominant rappers in the industry, over the last 15 years. He’s been consistency successful with every project, and has won big with other business endeavors such as Wingstop and Checkers. Currently, fans are waiting on his 11th studio album, “Richer Than I’ve Ever Been.”

In the meantime, Rozay has more plaques on the way. These are nine new RIAA certifications, as the gold records are “Thug Cry,” “Push It,” “Sorry,” and “9 Piece.” The new platinum tracks are “Stay Schemin,” ft. Drake and French Montana,  “B.M.F,” and “Diced Pineapples” ft. Wale and Drake.

Ross’ 2006 breakout hit single, “Hustlin,” is now at 2x platinum status. “Aston Martin Music” ft. Drake and Chrisette Michele went on to reach triple platinum.

It’s been over two years now, since Ross’ last project. That was “Port of Miami 2,” the sequel to his 2006 debut studio album. POM 2 went on to debut at number two, on the Billboard 200 chart. As of now, it’s still unclear when Richer Than I’ve Ever Been will finally drop. Ross initially announced this project in late 2020.
