Rick Ross has been eyeing a huge Miami Beach home since July, which is the Star Island area of the city. As a result, the Miami legend has just closed on this property, according to TMZ.
This Miami Beach home is worth $35 million, and contains six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Furthermore, it also stands at 40,000 square-feet. Among the amenities included in this home are a heated pool, entertainment room, summer kitchen, 40-foot dock, and more.
Jill Eber, Jill Hertzberg, Felise Eber, and Fabio Lopes of the Jills Zeder Group were those who represented the seller of this home. Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Tawanda Roberts of Florida Realty of Miami were both representing Ross in the purchase.
In addition to Rick Ross residing in Star Island, many more notable celebrities live in this area as well. These include Shaquille O’Neal, Jennifer Lopez, and Diddy.
Meanwhile, Ross also trended on social media this summer, due to having his second annual car and bike show at his large Fayetteville, GA estate. Therefore, this also included performances by Meek Mill and Gucci Mane. Ross even met Tyler, The Creator.
