Recently, Rick Ross was taking some time off, riding his boat in Miami. While riding his boat, the popular rapper was pulled over by law enforcement. Rick Ross’ boat was stopped by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission pulled Ross over on Thursday. Smelling marijuana, they pulled the boat over.
However, by the time Rick Ross’ boat was approached, there was no evidence of marijuana on the boat, thus no charges. One person on the boat admitted to smoking marijuana, but threw it overboard when he realized the boat was going to be stopped. Because there was no marijuana on the boat when it was stopped, no arrest could be made, according to TMZ.
