Currently, Rick Ross is the man of the hour, releasing Hood Billionaire, which is his second album of the year. This album takes a much different tone than Mastermind, as Rick Ross focuses more on the South. After all, Rick Ross is from Miami, despite all of his collaborations with Jay-Z, Diddy, and French Montana.
While Hood Billionaire does include a feature from Jay-Z, Rick Ross relied heavily on the scene in Memphis. This week, Rick Ross premiered the “If They Knew” music video, which features K. Michelle. The first single, “Elvis Presley Blvd,” is dedicated to Memphis and it features Project Pat.
Rick Ross recently was in New York City and he stopped by Hot 97. This is where he met up with Laura Stylez, who held down the interview solo. They talked about Rick Ross’ history of having seizures, the Hood Billionaire album, and much more during his brief visit with the first lady of Hot 97.
