Rihanna is now the most followed woman on Twitter
Rihanna has been a big trending topic on social media, in 2023. In February, she made her highly anticipated performance at the Super Bowl halftime show, in Glendale, AZ. There, Rihanna also revealed that she’s expecting her second child with A$AP Rocky. That was done as a result of showing off her growing baby bump, during the performance. That came less than a year after the two welcomed their first child, in May 2022. Rihanna and A$AP initially confirmed rumors of that first pregnancy in January 2022, after a month of speculation.
Meanwhile, Rihanna has also set a new social media milestone. She has now become the most followed woman on Twitter. She currently has over 108.2 million followers on that platform.
In 2023, many also expect that Rihanna could finally release her first album since 2016. In a new interview with British Vogue, she explained how she’d like to do that at some point this year.
“Like, honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year. But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and make videos.”
