The conflict, in the Middle East, has been ongoing, for hundreds of years. It is hard to overlook, as Israel and Palestine are now in conflict. What’s going on has made world news and Rihanna decided to speak on it.
Rihanna became one of music’s biggest acts, in the mid-2000s. She topped Billboard, every consecutive year, from 2005 until 2012. After a four-year hiatus, Rihanna returned with an album, in 2016, and has since ventured into the cosmetics world.
Yesterday, Rihanna did release a statement, via her Instagram, about the Israel/Palestine conflict. But, the people, especially the Palestinian people, have taken offense to her stance. On Twitter, Rihanna is being dragged for taking an “All Lives Matter” stance, in the conflict, and the people are saying they no longer care for a new album from her.
