Yesterday was the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the man who laid his life down, in the name of equality. Without him, a lot of daily things, taken for granted, would not happen. Dr. King laid the groundwork for Wakanda.
Definitely, the culture has a long way to go, but the culture has come so far. Yesterday was the celebration of the life that Dr. King lived. Sadly, the reflection of that life also includes the reflection upon his death.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was taken, far too soon, when he arrived in Memphis, Tennessee. Staying at the Lorraine Motel, when he exited his room, Dr. King was assassinated, shot and killed. Fifty-three years later, Rihanna visited the infamous murder scene, at Lorraine Motel, sharing this on Twitter.
