However, after 2012, Rihanna went on what became a near-four year hiatus. When she returned with #ANTI, she returned to the top of the charts. While fans expected Rihanna to return to releasing new albums annually, she had other plans. Now, according to reports, Rihanna is officially launching her comeback mode.

Rihanna fans anticipated her releasing more music after 2016. Indeed, Rihanna did perform alongside both DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller on “Wild Thoughts.” While that was the 2017 song of the summer, it was a song from DJ Khaled’s album. As a result, Rihanna did not return with a new album. Instead, she launched her FENTY Beauty cosmetics line. With her forays into the business world, Rihanna became a billionaire without releasing music.

Rihanna has been one of the most successful businesspeople in the industry, this past decade. In addition to business, she has focused on her family. First, she and A$AP Rocky, and now they are a family with two children. After giving birth to her second child, Rihanna is back to business.
