Rihanna has been dominating headlines, this morning. This is due to the massive announcement, that she and A$AP Rocky are expecting their first child together. A few months ago, Rih had shut down the pregnancy rumors, just like she did in the past. At this point though, she’s ready to have a family.

It’s also been over six years now, since Rihanna last released an album. The last one came in January 2016, with “Anti.” This was the singer’s eighth studio album, and was one of the biggest projects of her career. Now, she has reached a new charting milestone, with Anti.

According to Chart Data, ANTI has now spent 300 weeks on the Billboard 200. This makes the album the first one, by a Black female artist, to achieve this. ANTI was led by hit singles such as “Work,” ft. Drake, “Kiss It Better,” “Needed Me,” and “Love On The Brain.” “Sex With Me” and “Consideration” ft. SZA, were also other fan-favorites.

Anti went on to debut at number five, on the Billboard 200 chart. It is also currently certified 3x platinum in the US. At this point, it’s unclear if Rih will ever release another album again, due to the success of her various business ventures, with her Fenty brand. Many are still holding onto hope, though.
