Rihanna’s reported $39 million Roc Nation deal and plans for 2024 tour and two albums reportedly not confirmed

Rihanna’s rumored Roc Nation deal and 2024 tour are false
A few days ago, The Mirror reported that Rihanna signed a new $39 million deal with Roc Nation. Furthermore, plans were reportedly in place to finally go on tour again in 2024, as well as release her first studio album since 2016, as another album was also supposedly in the works.
However, these reports are apparently false, according to Billboard. One source even went as far as labeling this news “bogus.”
“The $39 million contract never went through, meaning no tour dates were ever in place either,” the source added. “No tour has been confirmed for Rihanna.”
Moreover, earlier Rihanna even teased in her interview with British Vogue, that there was a possibility of a new album coming by the end of the year. At the time, the singer said “Like, honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year. But I just want to have fun. I just want to make music and make videos.””
Furthermore, Rihanna has still been active in 2023. She performed at halftime of the Super Bowl in Glendale, AZ, as that’s where she unveiled her second pregnancy, with her baby bump. As a result, she went on to give birth to her and A$AP Rocky’s second child, in August.
