Chicago 24-year-old R&B singer, Ann Marie, has herself in a deep whole regarding a legal situation in Atlanta. On December 1, she was arrested for allegedly shooting a 24-year-old man she was dating. This went down at a hotel room around 6:25pm ET.
The man was shot in the head and sent to Grady Hospital with his status as “conscious and breathing.” According to The Shade Room, Marie claims that this gun fell off a table and from that point, it went off. The alleged altercation supposedly occurred due to the man cheating on her.
According to CBS 46, the shooting occurred at Intercontinental Buckhead Hotel as Marie as now officially been arrested. She has since been booked at Fulton County Jail for possession of a firearm and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The man shot has since been listed as being in critical condition.
Marie’s previous single was “Come Over” feat. Yung Bleu, which was released on November 20. Her last project was her ‘Pretty Psycho‘ mixtape in 2019 which featured Jeremih, Q Money, and Calboy.
