Rockie Fresh begins shooting “Life Long” music video with Rick Ross and Nipsey Hussle

Late in the summer of 2012, Chicago hip hop reached new heights in popularity and several rappers were getting signed. Both Chief Keef and Lil Reese, of GBE, signed new deals with Interscope Records and Def Jam. Meanwhile, Rockie Fresh met with Rick Ross and signed to Maybach Music.

Rockie Fresh did a couple of songs with Rick Ross, but primarily spent his time working on Electric Highway. Early in 2013, Rockie Fresh released this mixtape and “Life Long” became a favored song off the project. Now, Rockie Fresh is pushing “Life Long” as the new single off his mixtape.

Recently, Rockie Fresh began filming the “Life Long” music video. Rockie Fresh made sure both Rick Ross and Nipsey Hussle were present for the music video. Nipsey Hussle has enjoyed a bit of a run on these early 2013 mixtapes, appearing on both Casey Veggies and YG.
