Emerging as a force in the rap game some seven years ago, Rocko made his claim to fame with his 2008 single, “Umma Do Me.” His career since then has not seen him drop another album, but he commands tons of respect. Outside of making music, Rocko has made his name as a street consultant, helping the likes of Future.
Last year, Rocko decided to help himself when he released “U.O.E.N.O.,” which was one of 2013’s first hits. Despite the success of the song, Rocko only released a mixtape to follow the new project. A year later, Rocko released a new project with plans of a mixtape coming that has yet to surface.
Behind the scenes, apparently, things have changed and Rocko now seems geared towards a new album. Before this album comes, Rocko doesn’t mind putting something together for the fans. This morning, he took to his Instagram to hint at possibly releasing a mixtape before his album.
