What people expect and what really is can be two different things, quite often. Take Rocko for an example, most would’ve written him off to the “one hit wonder” category after his 2008 success. But, that was only the tip of the iceberg for Rocko, who is actually one of the biggest A&Rs in Atlanta.
Best-known for working with Future, Rocko has also had a helping hand with Young Dro, Bloody Jay, Young Scooter, and even Gucci Mane. Business is the breadwinner, but music just doesn’t leave a person. Since last year, Rocko has released new music and even scored a pretty big hit.
But, Rocko does intend to release an album, because the fans have wanted one for quite some time. Courtesy of guys like Lil Wayne, fans have gotten used to a mixtape before the album. This morning, Rocko announced on Instagram that he would be doing this for his fans.
