The past year saw Roddy Ricch go from being one of many viral stars to being a full-blown superstar. In 2019, he dropped his Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial album, to much fanfare. That album contained the single, “The Box.”

In early 2020, “The Box” became a hit single. The song continued to blow up and Roddy Ricch went onto become a huge star. Last year saw a lot of turmoil, but Roddy Ricch transformed into a superstar.

Roddy Ricch has experienced all kinds of success, with his single, “The Box.” For a while, Roddy Ricch has had platinum plaques. But, they keep racking up, as Roddy Ricch has now gone 8x platinum, with “The Box,” that’s octuple platinum.
