Roddy Ricch Purchases $5.6 Million Beverly Hills Home

Roddy Ricch is currently preparing for the release of his highly anticipated sophomore album, “Live Life Fast.” This is scheduled for December 17, and is led by the hit single, “Late At Night.”

Roddy is also making big real estate moves, in his home state of California. According to Yahoo!, the Compton rapper recently purchased a $5.6 million Beverly Hills estate.

This home is said to be in a mountain area above Beverly Hills. It spans one acre, and contains huge lawns, parking lot, swimming pool, and an area to play sports in. A guest house is also available, which is said to be able to be converted into a music studio.

“Nearly all of the home’s public rooms have accordion-style glass doors that open to the property’s vast patios, ideal for entertaining purposes. An all-new kitchen has stone coutertops, custom cabinetry and designer stainless appliances; there’s also a media room with blackout shades and hardwood floors throughout the entire structure. Mature trees and towering hedges surround the entire estate, which happens to directly border the main residence of the late Eddie Van Halen.“

The main house is also said to have been built, way back in 1960. Stephen Sweeney of SGS Estates at Oak Brook Realty was who worked with the listing, of this property.

With Roddy locking in this beautiful property, he is now looking to secure his second consecutive number one album. His December 2019 debut studio album, “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial,” reached this mark. It was led by the chart-topping “The Box” single.
