Romeo releases trailer for “Inception” mixtape
Clearly, Romeo is not the little kid the hip hop world embraced with open arms during the summer of 2001. The son of the legendary hip hop hustler, Master P, Romeo was destined to follow in his father’s footsteps of greatness. In addition to his music career, Romeo went on to have additional success, starring in his own TEENick sitcom, “Romeo.”
After the cancellation of his sitcom, Romeo fell out of the public eye. With Master P, Romeo did release a few independent albums. But, for the most part, Romeo was taking a break to focus on his studies. While in school, Romeo also focused on his basketball career and attended USC with current Toronto Raptors’ star, DeMar DeRozan.
With college in the past, Romeo is back focused on his career. Romeo now finds himself running the family business and is back in acting. On the last season of VH1’s “Single Ladies,” Romeo had a recurring role on the show. Being on “Single Ladies” helped Romeo get himself back out there and he has a new mixtape, Inception, on the way.
Recently, Romeo released a trailer for Inception. which will be released on August 19.
