In 2001, Ron Browz first became known when he produced Nas’ “Ether,” the legendary Jay-Z diss record. During the same period of time, Grafh first made waves in the rap game. A few years later into the now, both have made big presences in the game, but just on the mixtape level.
Ron Browz had surprising breakout success in 2008, releasing his “Pop Champagne” single. The official remix of the song featured Jim Jones and Juelz Santana and was later used as Jones’ single off his 2008 album. Meanwhile, Grafh went on a major mixtape run, starting in 2004 and continuing into the present.
Both Ron Browz and Grafh recently sat down with Sway at Shade 45 for “Sway In The Morning,” speaking on various things. Ron Browz came in and discussed Jay-Z and Nas and “Ether,” along with Jim Jones. Meanwhile, Grafh discussed his upcoming new mixtape, 88 Crack Era.
