Definitely, Rubi Rose has all the makings of a star, as she is beginning to blow up. She, until recently, was best-known for Playboi Carti being n her life. Since 2017, those two have been more off than on, and she’s actively pursuing her music career.
Rubi Rose is doing a lot of press, right now, as she attempts to break into the game. Among the interviews she did was No Jumper, sitting down with Adam 22. A clip from this interview went viral, earlier this afternoon.
Speaking on her background, Rubi Rose revealed she was from the city of Lexington, in Kentucky. Describing her upbringing, versus the Atlanta culture, she said she was the only black girl in Lexington, in school, and elsewhere, so she enjoyed the culture shock of black people in ATL. But, Lexington natives aren’t having it, dragging her for making it all up, plus we found a 2013 tweet of her in high school with her “black girl squad.”
