Russell Simmons talks Harriet Tubman sextape with “The Arsenio Hall Show” [VIDEO]

Comedy is all about interpretation what’s hilarious to one might not even bring a chuckle out of somebody else. This was the case when Russell Simmons uploaded a YouTube video entitled “Harriet Tubman Sextape.” The video depicted the prominent slave figure having sex with her master.

When Civil Rights are discussed in history classes across America, Harriet Tubman becomes a much-discussed topic. It’s good that people have learned all that she did that changed the course of American history. However, Harriet Tubman has become the source of Russell Simmons’ joke.

Recently, Russell Simmons met with Arsenio Hall for “The Arsenio Hall Show” and he had a chance to tell his side of the story. Harriett Tubman is a revered figure in the world and his sextape video pushed a lot of limits. Russell Simmons said the world tried to make him into Paula Deen after that situation.
