Russell Westbrook put on one of the all-time greatest NBA regular season performances. The only one, in recent years, that is better is the 2005-2006 Kobe Bryant season, highlighted by his 81 point game. But, this is now Westbrook’s time.
The NBA Awards saw him win the MVP award and Russell Westbrook made another classic with his acceptance speech. First thanking his teammates and the Thunder organization, Westbrook then thanked his family. That’s when he broke down into tears, showing how passionate he is, ten years later.
