Russell Westbrook ignores question about playing with Joel Embiid at the #NBAAllStar Game tomorrow #NBAAllStarMediaDay [VIDEO]

Still, Russell Westbrook is the most-controversial player in the NBA. It is only him that would win the MVP Award after only getting his team 47 wins, and the sixth seed in the playoffs. But, Russell Westbrook played out of his mind, in 2017, so he deserved something.

Russell Westbrook IS the Oklahoma City Thunder, at this point. He was the team’s first-ever draft pick and he was the main player in that 2012 run that saw them make the NBA Finals. Westbrook being on the roster also convinced Paul George to stay.

Currently, Russell Westbrook is in Charlotte, with the rest of the NBA All-Stars. This year, Westbrook and Joel Embiid, of the Sixers, are on the same team, and these guys have had beef for years. Playing on that, one reporter asked Westbrook if he would have trouble playing alongside him, which Russ quickly dismissed.
