Sammie says he is the pioneer of the young artists, demands respect be put on his name, as he is the reason executives began looking for artists, like the ones he is touring with, on The Millennium Tour

Sammie said he was the first young artist to get signed and the reason younger artists got signed, like the ones on The Millennium TourSurrounding “The Millennium Tour,” there is a little bit of in-fighting. Yesterday morning, Bow Wow “quit” the tour, as Omarion said he was better. Last night, Bow Wow still performed, as Sammie said he is the originator, not him, or Omarion.

Sammie debuted in 1999 and was the first young artist to take over the radio. At the age of 12, he had hits, and this was long before Bow Wow and B2K. However, he ended up being unable to come back with additional hits, after the Hardball soundtrack.

Watching the Bow Wow/Omarion back-and-forth, Sammie is speaking out. Taking to Instagram, he said he was the first younger artist to go number one. He said he is the reason that record executives began looking for younger artists, such as the ones on The Millennium Tour with him.
