Everything for Rihanna has worked out better than most could have imagined. Through her entire career, Rihanna worked directly with Jay-Z and she learned a thing or two. In many ways, her career models his, as she was also signed to Def Jam, dropping annual albums.

While Rihanna never retired, she did take some years off, before delivering another album. Like Jay, this hiatus saw her jump into several business ventures. Continuing in his footsteps, her businesses, particularly Savage X Fenty, is very successful.

Tonight, Rihanna’s #SavageXFenty closed out New York Fashion Week and it did so in epic fashion. Fans are outdone with the diversity Rihanna brought to the table. The people on Twitter are saying she put the staple Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to shame.
