Last spring, Saweetie and YG officially began dating, as they initially began hanging out at Coachella together. Moreover, they also had a vacation in Mexico together and were spotted kissing, which confirmed their relationship.

However, Saweetie and YG are already done as a couple, after less than a year. according to The Shade Room, this was a mutual decision from both sides, after seven months of dating. Furthermore, the California natives will still remain friends.

Saweetie is no stranger to dating other rappers, as she previously started dating Migos rapper, Quavo. Those two initially began dating in 2018, but went on to split up, in early 2021. Saweetie announced the breakup on Twitter, and also claimed that she was cheated on by Quavo. Quavo first shot his shot towards Saweetie on Instagram.

In 2023, Saweetie and YG also collaborated on multiple records together. This included “Birthday,” which also featured Tyga. Saweetie and YG appeared on Mozzy’s 2022 “In My Face” single, too.

Meanwhile, the wait is also still on for Saweetie’s debut studio album, “Pretty B*tch Music.” The plan was an end of 2022 release, but that went on to be delayed. However, Saweetie did put out her “The Single Life” EP. That fall.
