Saweetie teases upcoming “Nani” single
On Monday, Saweetie trended heavily on social media, once again. That came as a result of Quavo mentioning her again, in his latest Chris Brown diss record. That was “Over H*es & B*tches.” There, Quavo named-dropped Saweetie in the line “I can take a model bitch and make a Saweetie.”
Meanwhile, it appears that Saweetie is ignoring the noise, and using it to promote her upcoming “Nani” single. On Tuesday, she took to Instagram to post a meme video of comedian Jessie Woo, as the caption read “Who’s ready for Nani?” The release date for this single is still being finalized. Furthermore, this post comes after Saweetie exposed Quavo for being in her Instagram DMs again, on Monday.
As many remember, Quavo and Saweetie dated from 2018, up until early 2021. March of that year saw Saweetie take to Twitter/X to confirm the breakup, and claimed that Quavo cheated on her.
Saweetie has been very consistent with her single releases overall, to begin 2024. January saw her put out records such a “Do It For The Bay” with fellow Bay Area rapper P-Lo, in collaboration with the San Francisco 49ers. That same month, she put out her “Immortal Freestyle. Over a month later, Saweetie released her “Richtivities” single.
