Saweetie to perform on Roblox Super Bowl Concert

Roblox has been a very popular video game over the last several years, and Saweetie is now joining in on the fun. She will be performing in the game on February 10, at 7PM ET, for the NFL’s Saweetie Super Bowl Concert. One of the confirmed songs that Saweetie will hit the stage on Roblox for, is her 2020 “Tap In” single.

This Roblox event will take place at 7:00 pm ET in Warner Music Group’s Rhythm City. This is a new location created in the game, and will be launched on February 4. The NFL added that Saweetie’s appearance will be a “family-friendly,” and fully motion-captured performance. It will also re-air every hour, until February 12.

“I’m really excited to bring this iconic moment to the metaverse and share my music with a whole new audience in such a unique way!” said Saweetie in a statement. “As an artist, innovator, and football fan, to be able to perform during Super Bowl LVII weekend in this new world – Rhythm City on Roblox – is something I never imagined that I would be involved in. I am very grateful and happy about this opportunity.”

In November, Saweetie also released her “The Single Life” EP. This project contained six new songs, including the buzzing “Don’t Say Nothin” record.
