Over the past year, the world has gotten to know Top Dawg Entertainment on a very intimate level. Clearly, last year was a big year for them, closing the deal with Interscope and Aftermath and then good kid, m.A.A.d. city. Now, ScHoolboy Q is preparing his own run in front of the game.
There are a wide range of rappers to think of when thinking about the next generation of stars from Los Angeles. Toward the top of the list is ScHoolboy Q, as he represents the overall change in the LA hip hop scene. Ten years ago, few California guys would have admitted to idolizing 50 Cent, especially during the height of his feud with Game.
But, ScHoolboy Q tackled these facts head on during his interview with FUSE TV. With his new album, Oxymoron, due later this year, ScHoolboy Q previewed what people should expect from the album. ScHoolboy Q also spoke on 50 Cent and what it was like to work with his idol.
