Nearly fifteen years ago, Scott Storch became the hottest producer in the game. Branching out on his own, the Miami producer began doing tracks with artists he helped put back on the map. In 2004, he offered the “Lean Back” beat to Fat Joe, creating a classic.
Scott Storch would also produce major hits for Ja Rule, Game, 50 Cent, and others from 2003 through 2006. However, by 2007, Scott Storch’s run came to an abrupt end. By that time, he was beginning to work with an emerging DJ Khaled, and his associated artists.
Financial ruin would impact Scott Storch, as everyone now knows. But, no one felt as if it would be this bad for him. Tonight, an artist, Angelica Synclair, took to Instagram, sharing DMs of Storch contacting her about collaborating, before telling her he charges $10,000, and then he told her she was blocked, after she shared what happened.
