The 2000’s king of reggae delivers a unique performance. Sean Paul is shaking up the internet with his special From The Block live performance. The popular series films artist all over the world as they rap over a hanging microphone. With Sean Paul as the latest legend, the series is currently filming their Jamaican list of artist. Performing his classic single “Gimme The Light” live, Sean Paul shows off his iconic reggae style.

During the early 2000’s the only face and voice for Reggae in mainstream media was Sean Paul. Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, Sean Paul took over the hip-hop world with singles like “Give It Up To Me”, “Temperature” and “Gimme The Light”. However, his biggest solo single to date “Get Busy” topped Billboard charts and was a lead single to his album Dutty Rock. At that same time, that album went on to reach double platinum status and earned Sean Paul his first Grammy. Further adding to his musical success, his collaborations are legendary and historic. Working with artist like Beyoncé, Keshia Cole, Ty Dolla $ign, Gwen Stefani, Jhene Aiko and others, he is the biggest dancehall artist of the 2000’s.
