Veterans have put New York City over the top this year. Newcomers, primarily crew leaders, French Montana and A$AP Rocky, have kept the city fresh. However, had it not been for the influence of Nas, Jadakiss, Raekwon, and Busta Rhymes, among others, New York City would not be as relevant as it is right now.
Sean Price is still making his name as a solo artist and he released his third studio album, one month ago. Mic Tyson was released and met with strong reviews. Since then, Sean Price has found himself playing through speakers all over the world. The veteran emcee is even making media rounds.
Sway Calloway would invite Sean Price back to “Sway in the Morning,” his morning show on Shade 45. Sean Price would join the show and perform “Bar-Barian” and “Straight Music.” In addition to performing his new music, Sean Price also conducted an interview, speaking on dealing with bootleggers.
