Security Guard Who Was Allegedly Accidentally Shot By Pooh Shiesty at King of Diamonds, in Miami, Says He Doesn’t Remember Being Shot By Shiesty

A few weeks ago, Pooh Shiesty landed himself in serious legal woes again. He was performing at King of Diamonds in Miami for Memorial Day weekend. Things appeared to be smooth, until his $40,000 in his pockets were supposedly stolen. The Memphis rapper then fired a round in the club, while being escorted out. Shiesty also supposedly accidentally shot a security guard in the ankle.

The 1017 artist has since had his $10,000 bond revoked. A Miami judge emphasized that there’s no way she’d let Shiesty out on bond. Now, the security guard who was said to be shot, Frivin Dor, says that he received painkillers at a local hospital, and doesn’t recall being shot at all, which changes his original story, according to TMZ.

The painkiller named is Dilaudid, which supposedly put Dor to sleep while speaking to police. Attorneys Bradford Cohen and Saam Zangeneh revealed this information in new court documents. Dor also says that the madness inside KOD likely happened from a ceiling fan falling in a parking garage, as opposed to gun shots actually being fired.

Dor also does not want to press any charges again Shiesty, as the rapper’s team hope this latest development can get him out on bond. Shiesty currently faces 25 years in prison if convicted.
